Hey yall! I hope that you had a great weekend and had some fun. My husband and I went to Disney World over the weekend and had a blast but the time went so fast. Finally, I finished the last block of the quilt this morning. The block is called “Square in a Square”. Of course I had to use the old cheap red fabric I had left to finish the block. Moving along, I will have to say that during this quilt along I have learned a lot along the way.
Next, comes the squaring of the blocks and I have started the process. When measuring my blocks I noticed that mine have ended up different sizes so, I’m not sure where I will go from here other then roll with it. Guess that is part of the learning process. Well guess I had better go get some dinner started take care!

Looks good. I am going to redo a couple of my blocks because they are too small!!! I agree the learning has been superb. I will remember Crafty Gemini’s quilt along for many years – every time I quilt. She is fabulous.
