Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

The recipe I am sharing with you today is very simple to make. No baking just mix all the ingredients together and you will have chocolate peanut butter balls.

Peanut Butter Balls Yummy!

You will need:

2 cups crunchy peanut butter

1 stick butter, melted

1 lb box powdered sugar

3 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

2 packages semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 package milk chocolate chips

Mix first 3 ingredients. Add cereal. Mix. Form into small balls (size of walnuts). Refrigerate at least three hours. Melt the chocolate in the microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for one additional minute until melted. Stir. (Only melt 1/2 the chocolate at a time, otherwise it starts to harden before you are done dipping.) Dip balls in chocolate. Place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate tray to harden. Store in air tight container with wax paper between layers.

Hint: I did not put my chocolate chips in the microwave. I melted the chocolate chips in a sauce pan on top of the stove low heat and kept stirring until the chocolate was completely melted. Then I removed from heat and dipped the balls into the chocolate.

  1. Hi, I would like to try these. Could you please tell me the weight of the choc chip packages? American weigh measures will do i can convert. We have 2 sizes here in Australia. We don’t buy butter in sticks either but I searched the Internet for that one. One stick equals 125grams.
